Inversio Condominium

Inversio Condominium: A Study in Cascading Geometry
Project Duration: Approx. 300+ Hours
Methodology: 100% Manual Construction | Non-Generative Design
Source Location: LuxLeonum.com | Daniel Viana Alencar architectonic concept art
Project Overview
The Inversio Condominium is a high-density residential tower that defies traditional vertical constraints. This project is characterized by its cascading structure and a complex, multi-angled roofline that serves as the building’s crowning artistic statement. It functions as an architectural sculpture while housing a central core of numerous high-end apartment units.
Design Philosophy
The philosophy behind Inversio is Vertical Fluidity. By rejecting the standard box shape of urban condominiums, the design utilizes sharp, angular overhangs and cantilevered terraces to create a sense of movement. The goal was to provide every resident with a unique vantage point, blurring the lines between structural engineering and abstract art.
Technical Achievement
- The Geometric Crown: A manually authored roof system featuring interlocking, shard-like segments that require perfect axial symmetry despite their irregular, non-traditional angles.
- Cascading Tier Logic: A complex exterior facade of receding and advancing glass balconies, designed to optimize natural light flow into the central residential core.
- Structural Transparency: Extensive use of glass curtain walls and open-air voids to reduce the visual weight of the massive structure, creating a sense of lightness and suspension.
