”Deep, complex emotions live within the self. Instinctive, patterned. Natural. Instructions written in matter that can’t be read yet felt.
Such as anger. Deep emotions, are books with instructions to the human brain. Impulses from within a space not seen, come in form of information felt but not known. Energies, forces that emerge from within and spread throughout the body in patterns.
Anger in humans is like flames to paper. The bigger the paper, the bolder the flames. A strong fist swung against a solid wall of bricks. Pain, suffering, fuel for its own consumption. A self-devourer. A flame that burns the wick of a candle- and goes on until it is done. Emotions that if not understood and controlled, behave as clock-work bombs.
Deep emotions that live within the self. Patterned in nature. A design.
I questioned: ”Is fire my enemy?” ”Is anger my antagonist?” I started to observe each element in order to draw my own conclusions.
Observances that lead to more questions and in turn, a journey to understanding. ”How good is the sun then, after one is overexposed to it?” ”It is certainly wise to rest under a shadow.” I quickly concluded.”
