Reversio Towers

Reversio Towers: A Study in Mirrored Verticality
Project Duration: Approx. 110+ Hours
Methodology: 100% Manual Construction | Non-Generative Design
Source Location: LuxLeonum.com | Daniel Viana Alencar architectonic concept art
Project Overview
Reversio Towers is a high-concept residential conjunct featuring two independent, multi-level structures designed in perfect opposition to one another. Each tower functions as a self-contained vertical estate, utilizing a sophisticated internal program that scales from social ground-level spaces to high-tech intellectual hubs and secluded rooftop penthouses.
Design Philosophy
The philosophy behind Reversio is: The Symmetrical Individual.
By splitting the architectural program into two identical but separate towers, the design offers a unique living solution for multi-generational or co-living scenarios. The goal was to create a sense of shared aesthetic identity while providing absolute physical autonomy for each tower’s residents.
Technical Achievement
- The Locked Workspace Hub: A second-tier “bridge” logic where high-tech workspaces are manually integrated into the floor plan, accessible only via the private residential wings to ensure total focus and security.
- Tri-Level Program Stratification: A meticulous manual layout that shifts from expansive social zones (Level 1) to youth-centric quarters (Level 2) and culminates in a compact, glass-heavy luxury penthouse (Level 3).
- Curvilinear Masonry Contrast: The building utilizes heavy, stone-textured pillars to anchor the structure, which are then broken by modern glass— manual alignment to ensure the curves of Tower A perfectly reflect Tower B.
